The Privacy Policy is the implementation of the information policy I already link Sp. z o.o. to users of the www.juzlacze.pl website (the “Service”) and through Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin in all aspects of the processing and protection of personal data.

I already link Sp. z o.o. undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical
and organizational, to protect personal data provided by Users. Personal data will be processed by I already connect sp. z o.o., exclusion to the extent necessary for the provision of the service, establishing a possible model of service only for the time necessary to perform the above-called actions, which the User agrees to. In accordance with art. Article 13 (1) 1 and para. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016:

3. Your personal data and data obtained in the process of determining the model of service and performance of the service will be processed in order to provide and offer services by I already connect Sp. z o.o

4. The recipient of your personal data will be authorized employees of the administrator, contractor
s providing management, accounting and legal services to the administrator

5. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country (USA) on the basis of an a
decal decision of the European Commission (Decision of 12 July 2016 implementing the Privacy
Shield Agreement).

6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, the availability of the ser
vice or until you withdraw your consent

7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, eras
ure, restriction of processing, right to data portability, the right to object, the right to
withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was ma
de on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The relevant request must be sent by e-mail
to the e-mail address inspektor@juzlacze.pl or traditional e-mail to the Company’s address

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the
processing of your personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016

9. Providing your personal data is voluntary, and the consequence of not providing personal data will
be the inability to provide services by I already connect Sp. z o.o

10. Your personal data will not be processed in profiling.
