Can I keep my phone number?

Of course. Choose whether you want all calls to always be supported by I’m Already Connecting or only incoming calls within the time frame you specified.

If I don’t already have a phone number assigned to my business, can I get it from I’m already connecting?

Of course. We have at our disposal both mobile numbers and local numbers of all provinces. And most importantly, after the end of the contract with Already Connecting you will be able to keep the received phone number.

What are the working hours I’m already connecting?

Virtual secretaries are at your disposal from 8-18.

With what greetings will the conversations be accepted by virtual secretaries?

Depending on your needs, this can be a standard greeting with your company name or a formula tailored to your specific needs or the industry in which you operate.

How will incoming calls be forwarded to me?

The standard way to forward a call is: – ide

machine, – the caller asks to call you or another person from your company, the ca

have indicated, – if the call is accepted, the call is forwarde
d, – if the call is rejected, the virtual secretary will accept a message from the caller, which he will send immediately after the call ends by email or sms.

Will calls be forwarded to my mobile or landline number?

Virtual answering machines can forward the call to any number you have specified (in addition to the number I have already connected, that is, the number to which the incoming call will be directed). You can also specify several numbers that we can use to contact you and switch the call.

How will the virtual secretary know if I am available and can I answer the call at the moment?

You can change your availability status as often as you like. All you have to do is call or email us with this information and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens if I can’t answer a call?

When you are unavailable or do not want to answer a call, the virtual secretary will accept the caller’s message and send it to you via email or sms, or if you prefer – in both forms.

What happens if the number of connections available in my package is exceeded?

You can change the package at any time. If you prefer to stay with the purchased pool of connections, each additional connection will be added to your bill separately.

Can you call on my behalf?

Of course. Virtual secretaries can make calls on your behalf to confirm a meeting or provide small information. Such calls will be billed outside the connection pool available on each packet.

How do I start using I’m already connecting?
